We fully refurbished this apartment on Berliner Straße. After stripping it back to the shell, the layout and service routing were rethought: new partitions and lining walls, chases closed, filling to Q3 and a continuous coat of paint. The bathroom received bonded waterproofing, large-format wall coverings, a level-access shower and a built-in mirror cabinet with cove lighting. Oak parquet with tall skirting runs throughout the living spaces.
