Site Manager, Interior Construction (m/f/d)
As a site manager for interior construction you steer our Berlin projects from preparation to handover. You coordinate the trades, keep schedules and costs in view and safeguard the quality Corvex Bau stands for.
Your responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and steering the sites
- Leading your own teams and coordinating with subcontractors
- Surveying, material scheduling and time planning
- Quality, schedule and cost control
- Acceptance, documentation and client communication
Your profile
- Experience in site management for interior or structural construction
- Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and processes
- Strong organisation and assertiveness
- Confident with surveying and site documentation
- Category B driving licence and very good German
